In the previous webinars of this series, business leaders from The Hershey Company and Hain Celestial spoke to their experience in transforming their innovation processes and portfolios with digital technology, and the positive business results they have achieved in doing so.
This webinar will synthesize these two previous webinars by providing concrete, real-world illustrations of the concepts articulated by Hershey and Hain Celestial. Three of Sopheon’s own domain experts in Consumer Goods Innovation will speak to their experiences in digitalization and transformation for a broad set of Sopheon’s CPG clients and share how these best practices might be applied in other consumer firms. They’ll drill-down and provide specific examples that further articulate opportunities for improvement available to the entire consumer goods industry, including:
-
How consumer firms are leveraging new, agile-like, and highly visual methods of investment decision-making
-
Real-world strategies of how to streamline the cross-functional “business layer” of the product lifecycle
-
