Jenny has been with Land O’Lakes for more than five years in two divisions: Dairy and WinField. As the Portfolio Management Process Manager, her key responsibilities include: leading the project prioritization process across Dairy Foods, working with Dairy Foods leadership team on resource recommendations and portfolio metrics, owning the Diary Foods Stage-Gate® process and supporting tool, and continuously improving Project and Portfolio management business processes. Jenny thinks that the Accolade solution has been a terrific tool to help enable Portfolio Management within Dairy Foods. The solution has helped enable a greater focus on top priorities to reinforce strategy, more effective project- and portfolio-level decision-making, and an increase in process satisfaction

In the three years that Theresa has been with Land O’Lakes, she has had the opportunity to work across the Dairy Foods Innovation and Foodservice businesses on a variety of dairy categories. Currently a Marketing Manager on the Dairy Foods Innovation team, Theresa’s responsibilities include articulating innovation strategies, building innovation roadmaps, and partnering with her cross-functional team to develop and launch new items. Prior to joining Land O’Lakes, Theresa earned her MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. She lives in Minnetonka, MN with her husband Craig, and their Goldendoodle, Lola.
