Accolade 17.1 includes new features that will help you streamline idea collection and campaign management, make resource planning even easier, and boost your workspace experience and productivity.
Here are some of the exciting enhancements that are in this new release:
- New! Accolade Ideas – Gather, select and advance your most promising ideas forward to strengthen your innovation pipeline – all within your Accolade platform! Upgrade options are available for Idea Submission, Accolade Idea Lab, or Acclaim Ideas customers
- Tracking Outstanding Requests at the Pool Level – the Resource Pool Availability Chart on the Pool Details page acts as a quick summation of the Resource Capacity page for each pool. This has been updated in Accolade 17.1 to include requested demands too, allowing users to view the pool’s total remaining availability coupled with total requested demands for each time period — in one glance
- Setting Default Capacities for Resources – Accolade 17.1 now includes the ability to set a default capacity against a specified date range for a resource, on their Resource Capacity page. This allows Resource Planners to efficiently update a resource’s capacity for an extended period of time
- Updated User Permissions - In Accolade 17.1, any user with a process execution role can now be granted add rights to designated access groups without having view rights for the access group
- All My Work Page Improvements - All work cards, including project cards, deliverable/activity cards, gate cards, and idea cards, now display their Project IDs. This allows for easier identification and search. Also, when maximized, all work cards now accurately display their project name and project ID. Previously, longer project names were occasionally displayed truncated, and this has been rectified
- License Reports Page updates - Accolade 17.1 introduces a new license report — the User Count report that displays the number of active and inactive users by user role
- And much more!
