This release of Accolade 16.0 continues Accolade’s mantra of “constantly improving, relentlessly advancing” by offering features to deepen suite integration, reimagine portfolio scenario planning & prioritization; enhance MS Teams collaboration; strengthen process support, and improve usability.
Here are just some of the new Accolade 16.0 features:
- Deeper Acclaim Projects integration: Managing actual and planned costs just got even easier. Expanding on the previous integration, you can now see the percentage of expenses that can be capitalized for better financial management. In addition to your Health Score, you now see separate Schedule and Financial Health scores for deeper insights into the health of your projects.
- Reimagined Scenario Planning & Prioritization: Now, finding and adding any project to the Portfolio Planner is even simpler. An improved workflow for creating new plans allows you to select from a portfolio hierarchy tree or search for projects to add, regardless if a hierarchy has yet been configured.
- New! Integration of Acclaim Products: Acclaim Products customers can now integrate product data into Accolade and benefit from a broader view of their portfolio health, prioritize tradeoffs, and make aggregate investment decisions.
- Deliverable & Activity Dialog Screen Menu: To further strengthen MS Teams collaboration, a Communication Menu has been added to the Deliverable and Activity Dialog screen. Now users can use Teams channels to post messages on project updates, seek help, and even schedule meetings.
- Direct (Smart) Document Downloads to Teams: To simplify the user experience, Accolade 16.0 now includes the ability to seamlessly download a document directly to a Teams channel for collaborative editing. Using this functionality, document owners can use MS Teams' collaboration features to work on a new document version, then save the results back to Accolade.
- New Time View Enhancements: To further usability, you can now filter deliverables with a status of “not required” and also mark deliverables that are in trouble. For consistency, Time View has now been moved to the Models page, enabling you to set dependencies on the model level.
