Stage-Gate International Certifies Sopheon for Innovation Team Agility
MINNEAPOLIS—March 30, 2017 —Sopheon, the international provider of software, expertise, and best practices for Enterprise Innovation Performance, announced today that its Accolade® Enterprise Innovation Management software has been certified by Stage-Gate International for the new Innovation Team Agility criteria of the Stage-Gate® Ready program.
Sopheon’s Accolade has long held Stage-Gate® Ready certification in all required and optional categories, including Idea-to-Launch Management, Portfolio Management, Idea Management, and Innovation Strategy.
With the prolific take-up in recent years of new methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban and Spiral Development, Stage-Gate International added a new set of criteria to their Stage-Gate® Ready program. Accolade recently submitted and was certified for Stage-Gate® Ready Version 4, validating that it has the necessary features and functionality to address the gap that innovation teams face for enabling flexibility, agility and speed.
