Mike Bauer is Sopheon's Chief Product Officer, responsible for Sopheon's product vision and roadmap, overseeing product marketing, user experience, and product management. He has more than 30 years of experience building and leading cross-functional teams and organizations to bring new products and companies to market. He has worked across industries focusing on enterprise software, data communications, connected products/IoT, sensor analytics, marketing automation, Big Data, IT, and embedded systems. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Mike joins me today to discuss Enterprise Innovation Management (EIM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
