Jenny has been with Land O’Lakes for more than five years in two divisions: Dairy and WinField. As the Portfolio Management Process Manager, her key responsibilities include: leading the project prioritization process across Dairy Foods, working with Dairy Foods leadership team on resource recommendations and portfolio metrics, owning the Diary Foods Stage-Gate® process and supporting tool, and continuously improving Project and Portfolio management business processes. Jenny thinks that the Accolade solution has been a terrific tool to help enable Portfolio Management within Dairy Foods.
