Andre’s been working in MDLZ for 21 years and is currently responsible for 2 global projects, which are touching 40.000+ colleagues across the organization. Along his career, he had several roles, such as, Business Development in Brazil, responsible for Biscuit, Chocolate and External Manufacturing; Supply Chain Excellence in Latin America and Global, driving out costs and optimizing product margin; Master Black Belt in Europe, training Black Belts to optimizing Supply Chain performance; and Global Innovation I2M/IIM to improve Project Management capability delivering Speed to Market benefits.
