Issue of Equity - Option Exercise - Sopheon

Sopheon, the international provider of software, expertise, and best practices for Enterprise Innovation Management, announces today that it has issued and allotted 7,250 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) in connection with the exercise of share options by a former employee. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and dealings are expected to commence on 6 June 2016. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 7,286,250. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 7,286,250 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
