Sopheon was notified today, 3 May 2016, that Inkberrow Limited, a company wholly owned by Barry Mence, an executive director of the Company, has transferred 436,076 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from being held by Inkberrow Limited to being held in Barry Mence’s own name. The transfer was at a price of 92p per share, and Barry Mence’s total beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 1,371,576, representing approximately 18.8 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
Sopheon was also notified today, 3 May 2016, that Stuart Silcock, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 19,127 Ordinary Shares from being held in his own name to be held through his self-invested personal pension, and a further 23,000 Ordinary Shares from being held in his own name to be held through his ISA. The transfers were at a price of 92p per share, and Stuart Silcock’s total beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 254,727, representing approximately 3.5 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
