Hugh’s role for the past 4 years as an Innovation Management Consultant has been to help Sopheon’s clients re-wire their thinking and business processes for innovation and product development. He leads technical consulting teams to map client business processes into Sopheon’s software to improve their innovation culture and increase the likelihood of product success. Across the chemical-defence-FCMG and high-tech industrial verticals, Hugh has seen a surge in demand by innovators to make the development, production, and lifecycle of their products more sustainable as companies continue to drive their portfolios towards net-zero targets.
